Our preserves, sauces, spreads, salts, biscotti and jerky are made in limited-quantity with homegrown seasonal fruit and other produce in a CERTIFIED and INSPECTED kitchen. Our preserves are made using NO PECTIN and low sugar. Just fruit, sugar, lemon or lime and fresh spices or herbs. Nothing else! Marva Marrow creates unique recipes for these small batches. Offerings therefore change according to the market and the season. We sell to retail outlets and at local Farmer's Markets.

Our 7th Heaven Gourmet preserves are sterilized according to USDA home canning guidelines. Jars have a shelf life of several years if not opened, After opening, please refrigerate. They will last for many weeks in the refrigerator - if you can resist that long!
